UX Fest SLO!

April 9-11 and April 16-18

UX Fest is a student-run event that strives to promote UX presence within Cal Poly by providing opportunities for students to learn while creating.

• Learn foundational user-centered principles and apply them in your own week long project
• Attend UX workshops, industry panels and presentations
• Connect with UX industry professionals through networking and mentoring sessions
• Compete in a prototype competition for the chance to earn recognition and prizes

Blackwell Summer Scholars Program

The David H. Blackwell Summer Scholars Program is designed to increase the access and equity in the pipeline for graduate degrees in statistics, data science, and mathematics. This program will offer research experiences during the summer to 8-12 students. Students from historically marginalized minority populations are especially encouraged to apply.
