2025–26 ASI president and ASI Board of Directors Positions Available


ASI Student Government is looking for committed, compassionate students for the 2025–26 ASI president and ASI Board of Directors! As the collective voice of the campus community and members of Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) corporate governing board, the ASI president and ASI Board of Directors are student leaders and that strive to create positive contributions both on and off campus. Students interested in becoming involved are encouraged to file a candidate packet through the
 ASI website by Feb. 24, 2025, at 4 p.m.

Positions Available:  
ASI President  
The ASI president acts as the official representative of the student body and ASI to the Cal Poly Administration and general public. The time commitment for the ASI president is in excess of 40 hours per week and starts the last day of spring quarter. The ASI president is expected to be available during summer quarter to fulfill the responsibilities of meeting attendance, in-office work, retreats, and other affiliated job functions.  
ASI Board of Directors
The ASI Board of Directors is comprised of student representatives from each college. Directors govern ASI‘s corporate activity and act collectively as the official voice of Cal Poly Students. The ASI Board of Directors meet weekly for Board Workshops, bi-weekly for Board of Directors meetings and serve on various ASI and University-wide committees. This role is a volunteer position and requires a time commitment in excess of 10 hours a week.
