Are you interested in managing
products and teams in technology-driven organizations? The Master of Technology Management
(MTM) graduate program at UC Santa Barbara is a one-year master's degree
that gives motivated, early- to mid-career professionals the essential
technology skills, business acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset to accelerate
their careers and expand leadership opportunities within tech-driven firms.
Our graduates have both STEM and
humanities and social sciences backgrounds. For example, meet Dan, who studied Environmental Management at Cal
Poly before joining MTM.

at the virtual Cal Poly Career Fair on Wednesday, October 30! One-on-one sessions will be from 10-2:30 (access through
the event platform), and group sessions, which will include a
short overview presentation about MTM, will be held from 12:30-1, 1-1:30, and
2-2:30 on Zoom here.
