We are excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for the Big Data Summer Immersion at Yale (BDSY) 2026 program. BDSY 2026, hosted by the Yale School of Public Health, is a six-week, full-time, in-person program (June 15–July 24, 2026) introducing undergraduate students to the intersection of Big Data, Statistics, and Human Health.
Students will attend lectures and workshops led by Yale faculty across biostatistics, statistics, engineering, computer science, medicine, humanities, and the social sciences. Working in small teams, participants will collaborate on mentored Big Data research projects addressing real-world health challenges, gaining hands-on experience in programming, data analysis, and public health data science.
