Role Overview

The Jr. Sales Operations Analyst supports the field sales team in driving commercial  performance through data analysis, reporting, and operational execution. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytically minded professional who is eager to build a career at the intersection of sales strategy and business intelligence in the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Analytics & Reporting

• Generate, maintain, and distribute regular sales performance reports, including the Sales Rollup and territory productivity summaries

• Support the development and upkeep of dashboards and KPI frameworks in Power BI and Salesforce to monitor pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and commercial activity.

Territory & Account Management Support

• Maintain and update the Territory Snapshot (sales roster), ensuring accuracy across field assignments and account alignments.

• Support surgeon targeting, account segmentation, and physician profiling initiatives led by the Director of Sales Operations.

• Assist with territory structure analysis and coverage modeling to help optimize sales resources.

Sales Operations Support

• Assist in the coordination of the quarterly Planning & Review (P&R) process by compiling data, preparing materials, and tracking action items.

• Support the administration and adoption of commercial systems and tools, including Salesforce CRM, MedScout, Power BI, and sales automation platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to support revenue forecasting, incentive program tracking, and campaign ROI analysis.

• Assist with new product launch readiness by compiling relevant sales data and market insights.

• Help ensure compliance with internal pricing policies, contract requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, Sunshine Act).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related analytical role; medical device or healthcare industry experience a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Power BI preferred. MedScout is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in contributing to a mission-driven organization.

Compensation Range: $65,000 - $85,000
