Are you passionate about baseball or interested in applying your skills to have a direct impact on decision-making and on-field strategy for the Cal Poly baseball team? We are looking for new student managers for the 2025-26 season to join our team and help the Mustangs make another playoff run! Our student manager program provides a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in sports analytics and support the day-to-day operations of a collegiate baseball program. We work with systems such as KinaTrax and Trackman to assist coaches and players in on-field performance and player development.
We are looking to hire student managers to four different roles: Player Development Analyst, Quantitative Analyst, Data Engineer, and Biomechanics Analyst (Kinesiology or adjacent majors wanted). Click this LINK to see descriptions of these positions.
There is no prior experience needed, we are looking for passionate people that work well in a team and are willing to learn!
